A tornado hit the North Dakota towns of Rolla and Belcourt Monday.  The devastation has been all over the news (see here and here) and has prompted Gov. John Hoeven to respond with help.

Talk about wind power…if we could only harness THAT kind of energy, we could produce all kinds of electricity.
