This very interesting news article indicates that Saudi Arabia will be holding a meeting to discuss ways to keep fuel prices down. 

That’s pleasing news.  However, it doesn’t lessen our dependence on foreign oil.  Developing our domestic fuels and energy sources (including wind energy, biofuels, coal and oil resources like those found in the Bakken formation) while working with our international friends seems like a win-win situation–for North Dakota and for the world.
