According to this article  printed in the Bismarck Tribune, the real estate industry in the Bismarck-Mandan, North Dakota area is remaining steady.  It seems the slight dips during the late fall and winter months are typical, and while sales are a little slower now, no one expects them to stay slow–especially with all the new construction going on.
