Apparently it isn’t just housing that is increasing in value.  According to this article posted at Dakota Farmer, crop land in North Dakota increased by an average of 20 percent in 2007.  Some real estate which rose by about $50 an acre during the four previous years rose by about $140 an acre this past year.
