Bismarck Realtor’s Web Site Worth A View
Published by gwen April 19th, 2008 in North Dakota People.I’ve seen Terry Stevahn’s name on signs all over town. It’s because he’s a real estate agent and, from what I can tell, he’s a good one.
Stevahn has his own web site. Besides focusing on the family (always a plus for me, and always a great fit for North Dakota), the site’s background is light-hearted and comfortable as well as professional.
Some of my favorite aspects from this web site:
- The slide show of featured homes right on the home page gives a great feel for some of the different neighborhoods in the area. It’s a way to let people see and imagine where their family might fit best.
- The list of Stevahn’s most recent accomplishments–everyone wants to buy real estate from a professional who knows the ins and outs of the business.
- The easy contact information at the top of the page means no wasted time looking for a phone number or e-mail address.
- The list of real estate topics down the side of the page means some important questions can be answered immediately.
The overall feel from this web site is one of friendly professionalism with a deep working knowledge of the real estate market in the growing Bismarck-Mandan area. For folks looking to move to ND, this web site is worth a view.

The Stevahns are friends of ours and I agree, he’s a great guy and a professional.
Really, not a bad one! I am working for Jill Stewart and I browse dozens of realtor websites weekly. 90% of them are trying to look trendy - full of flash animations and java widgets and I don’t know what, but information? Lost! So I am glad when I see one structured, complex well done website!
