I’ve seen Terry Stevahn’s name on signs all over town.  It’s because he’s a real estate agent and, from what I can tell, he’s a good one.

Stevahn has his own web site.  Besides focusing on the family (always a plus for me, and always a great fit for North Dakota), the site’s background is light-hearted and comfortable as well as professional.

• The list of real estate topics down the side of the page means some important questions can be answered immediately.

The overall feel from this web site is one of friendly professionalism with a deep working knowledge of the real estate market in the growing Bismarck-Mandan area.  For folks looking to move to ND, this web site is worth a view.
