The two North Dakota farmers who are pushing to be able to grow industrial hemp renewed their commercial hemp licenses, even though they probably won’t be able to use them this coming spring.  An article about this was published yesterday in the Bismarck Tribune.  Read it here.  The comments following the article are interesting, too.
