Deer have a hard time seeing the colors gray and light blue. If your car is either one of these colors, don't be surprised when a whole herd of them jump into your car.

-from someone whose grandfather hit six deer at one time in Pennsylvania. His car was the color of sky blue. The deer all jumped into the road at the same time, right into the front and side of his car.

The big key's are the awareness that 1) most happen around the dawn and dusk hours 2) October/November are peak times.

Those are they key points I wanted people to understand.

Nice, though a bit boilerplate. I was hoping for some unique NoDak insight or methods. We have the added bonus of bears to hit. Talk about wiping out a car! They are worse than cows, low center of gravity gives them that extra umph need to really kill a vehicle.
